Scheduled for September following the rice harvest, the Italian Rice and Risotto Fair is a highlight on the calendars of thousands of enthusiasts. The 2026 edition will run from Thursday, September 17, to Tuesday, October 13, and will be open daily—both day and evening. The event is a benchmark for the rice industry at both national and international levels, ranking second only to Munich’s Oktoberfest in terms of attendance and the number of servings of a single-product dish. With 15,000 square meters of indoor exhibition space within a total fairground area exceeding 40,000 square meters, the Rice Fair is an unmissable event—a journey encompassing food and wine, tradition, culture, entertainment, and shopping. Alongside the exhibition itself, the schedule features conferences and technical activities focused on the rice industry, organized in collaboration with the National Rice Board (Ente Nazionale Risi) and the Consortium for the Protection of Nano Vialone Veronese PGI Rice.
