Ingredients for 4 people: 200 g 00 flour, 100 g butter, 150 g granulated sugar, 2 eggs, ½ sachet baking powder, ½ glass milk, 50 g raisins, 100 g dried figs, 100 g walnut kernels, 50 g pine nuts, ½ glass Trentino grappa. Soak the raisins in warm water; slice the figs into small pieces and finely chop the walnuts and pine nuts. Place the figs, walnuts, and pine nuts in a bowl, add the drained raisins, and drizzle with grappa. Keep it aside. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar; add the eggs, sifted flour, and baking powder. Stir until well combined. Pour the milk into the mixture, stir, and fold in the fruit drained from the grappa. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan, then bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
