BaitoneAlpino suggest: Punta Larici

Punta Larici is located between Lake Garda and Val di Ledro, getting there is quite simple and the path in the woods does not require special technical skills. You just need a little attention on the exposed stretch from Bocca Larici to Punta Larici. An easy walk awaits you that from Pregasina in 1 hour and 40 minutes takes you to the rocky spur of Punta Larici at about 900 meters above sea level. The view from up there is one of the most beautiful ever, every hour, in every season of the year: you could lose hours looking at the mountain ridges, the small villages of Malcesine and Brenzone under the slopes of Monte Baldo, Limone sul Garda right below you, Torbole, Riva del Garda and Arco with Monte Stivo looking north. When you are there, you will understand why Lake Garda is defined by Northern European peoples as an alpine lake with a Mediterranean flavor. From the parking lot under the church of the small town of Pregasina, take the forest road to Malga Palaer on path 422b until you reach Bocca Larici. You walk on an easy forest road, most of the time in the woods, with some panoramic points at the beginning of the path that is only a small preview of what awaits you at Punta Larici. At the exit of the wood at Bocca Larici, take the path on the left which in 5/10 minutes takes you to the panoramic point of Punta Larici. Here you pay a little attention because it is exposed, especially with children. The return is on the same path. If you need to walk more, you could start on foot from Riva del Garda by taking the Ponale road. Arriving at Regina Mundi continue straight on the main road to the little church of Pregasina. I would extend the route by a generous 2 hours. If the round trip becomes too demanding, you can take the bus from Pregasina to Riva del Garda to get on or off.
